Megan Allen graduated magna cum laude with an Associate of Applied Science from Tidewater Community College. She joined The Therapy Network in 2018 and currently serves as the Clinic Director at the First Colonial location. Megan has advanced her clinical expertise through continued education in McKenzie Treatment Methods, with a focus on treating patients with spinal pathologies. In addition to her work with spinal conditions, Megan also treats a variety of orthopedic diagnoses and has experience working with patients recovering from lower extremity amputation, general deconditioning, fall risk, and foot and ankle injuries. She is dedicated to providing individualized, evidence-based care that supports long-term mobility and quality of life. Outside the clinic, Megan enjoys traveling with her husband, children, and adventuring with their two dogs.
