Brooke Devlin, PT, DPT, CMTPT/DN

Brooke is a local of Virginia Beach. With a passion for sports and exercise, she always knew she wanted to pursue a career in the medical field. Brooke earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from James Madison University and obtained her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Lynchburg in 2020. She joined The Therapy Network family in June 2020 and served as the Clinic Director of TTN – Oceana from 2021 until 2025, when the clinic merged with TTN – First Colonial. Brooke continues to serve as a leader within the company, mentoring and supporting fellow physical therapists. She is certified in Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), and her therapeutic interests include pelvic health therapy, blood flow restriction therapy, manual therapy, spinal manipulation, dry needling, and taping. Outside of work, Brooke enjoys CrossFit, competitive powerlifting, going to the beach, cooking, volleyball, and getting coffee with her husband and pup.
