Megan was born and raised in Virginia Beach, VA, and has always had a passion for helping others stay active and healthy. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise from Virginia Tech in 2014, laying the foundation for her interest in physical therapy. After working for three years as a Physical Therapy Technician, Megan returned to school to pursue her dream of becoming a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. She earned her degree from Riverside College of Health Careers and joined The Therapy Network in 2019. Megan has a special interest in treating spinal conditions and is trained in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy. She loves connecting with her patients—taking the time to learn their stories, understand what motivates them, and find ways to support their unique goals. These personal connections help her deliver care that’s both effective and encouraging. Outside of the clinic, Megan enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her goldendoodle. She loves beach days, traveling to new places, and giving back to her community by coaching high school girls’ lacrosse.
